  • 3 Leeks (white and light green parts only)

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour (for dusting)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Clean the leeks thoroughly by rinsing under cold water and slicing thinly (only the white and light green parts).

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the leeks and sauté for 5-7 minutes until soft and slightly caramelized. Remove from heat and set aside.
