Ingredients

  • 4 cups Cherry tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves

  • 4 cups Day-old bread (cubed)
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 0.25 cup Fresh basil leaves (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Place them in a large mixing bowl.

Mince the garlic cloves and add them to the bowl of tomatoes along with olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Toss to combine.
