Ingredients

  • 400 grams cherry tomatoes
  • 150 grams feta cheese
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 60 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 30 ml red wine vinegar
  • 15 grams fresh basil leaves
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes. Cut them in half and place them into a large salad bowl.

Step 2

Cut the feta cheese into small cubes and add it to the salad bowl with the tomatoes.

Step 3

Peel and thinly slice the red onion. Add the slices to the bowl.

Wash and peel the cucumber. Cut it into half moons and add it to the bowl.
