Ingredients

  • 10 whole Tomatillos
  • 2 whole Jalapeño peppers
  • 2 whole Garlic cloves
  • 1 medium White onion
  • 1 cup Fresh cilantro
  • 1 whole Lime
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 cup Water

Directions

Step 1

Husk the tomatillos and rinse them under warm water to remove their sticky residue.

Step 2

Peel and roughly chop the white onion; set aside.

Step 3

In a medium saucepan, add the tomatillos, jalapeño peppers, and garlic cloves. Cover with water and bring to a gentle boil over medium-high heat.
