Ingredients

  • 2 large Garlic cloves

  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 0.25 cup Water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your broiler to high and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Cut the green bell peppers and zucchini into large chunks and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
