Ingredients

  • 200 grams Firm tofu
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

  • 4 tablespoons Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Carefully clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel. Remove the stems and set them aside.

Place the mushroom caps on the prepared baking sheet with the hollow side up.

Finely chop the mushroom stems, garlic, and shallot.
