Ingredients

  • 2 pieces sub sandwich rolls
  • 200 grams corned beef, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese, sliced
  • 100 grams sauerkraut, drained
  • 4 tablespoons Russian dressing
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 pieces dill pickles, sliced (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
