  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Step 1

Prepare the ingredients: Finely mince the garlic and ginger, slice the red chili pepper, chop the bok choy, slice the mushrooms, julienne the carrots, chop the green onions, and cube the tofu.
