  • 4 large Boiled potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons Cornflour
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder

  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 4 tablespoons Oil
  • 1 cup Chickpeas (canned or boiled)
  • 0.5 cup Green chutney
  • 0.5 cup Tamarind chutney
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 1 medium, chopped Onion
  • 1 medium, chopped Tomato
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Cilantro
  • 0.5 cup Nylon sev
  • 2 tablespoons Pomegranate seeds

Directions

Step 1

Peel and mash the boiled potatoes in a large bowl.

Step 2

Add cornflour, red chili powder, salt, and garam masala to the potatoes and mix well to form a smooth dough.

Divide the potato mixture into equal portions and shape them into round patties (tikkis).

Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
