  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro

Directions

Step 1

Cut the boneless chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.

In a separate bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, ground cumin, ground coriander, ground turmeric, ground paprika, ground garam masala, chili powder, and salt. Mix well to create the marinade.
