Ingredients

  • 1 lb Refrigerated pizza dough
  • 0.5 cup Sliced pepperoni
  • 0.5 cup Sliced salami
  • 0.75 cup Cooked and crumbled Italian sausage
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded provolone cheese
  • 0.25 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Dried basil
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp All-purpose flour (for dusting)
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce (for serving, optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Lightly dust your work surface with flour and roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle, approximately 12x16 inches.

Step 3

Evenly layer the pepperoni, salami, and crumbled Italian sausage across the dough, leaving a 1-inch border on all sides.

Step 4

Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese, provolone cheese, and Parmesan cheese over the meats.

Step 5

In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and water to create an egg wash. Brush the border of the dough with the egg wash.

Step 6

Carefully roll the dough tightly from one long side to the other, creating a log. Pinch the edges and ends to securely seal the stromboli.

Step 7

Place the stromboli seam-side down onto the prepared baking sheet. Brush the entire surface with egg wash.

Step 8

Sprinkle the top with oregano, basil, and garlic powder for extra flavor.

Step 9

Using a sharp knife, make 4-5 small slits across the top of the stromboli to allow steam to escape while baking.

Step 10

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the stromboli is golden brown and cooked through.

Step 11

Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

Step 12

Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping, if desired.
