Ingredients

  • 3 large ripe bananas
  • 115 grams unsalted butter
  • 120 grams granulated sugar

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

Place the ripe bananas into the Thermomix bowl. Blend for 10 seconds on Speed 5, until smooth.

Step 3
