Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine butter, water, and salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.

Add the flour all at once and stir vigorously with a wooden spoon until the mixture forms a ball and pulls away from the sides of the pan, about 1-2 minutes.
