Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels, then season them evenly with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Step 3

Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, place the chicken thighs skin-side down and sear for 4-5 minutes until the skin is golden and crispy. Flip the chicken over and sear the other side for an additional 2-3 minutes. Remove the chicken and set aside on a plate.
