Directions

Step 1

Slice each Medjool date lengthwise and carefully remove the pit, ensuring not to cut all the way through the date.

Insert one almond into the center of each pitted date and gently press the date closed around the almond.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate and coconut oil. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
