  • 1 cup Apple cider
  • 1 cup Spiced rum

Directions

Step 1

Prepare the cranberry layer: In a mixing bowl, dissolve the cranberry-flavored gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved (about 2 minutes). Add 1 cup of vodka and stir. Divide this mixture evenly into small plastic shot glasses, filling each glass about one-third of the way. Place in the refrigerator and let set for 1.5 to 2 hours.

Step 2

Prepare the orange layer: Once the cranberry layer has set, dissolve the orange-flavored gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water in a clean mixing bowl. Stir until fully dissolved. Add 1 cup of Grand Marnier or orange liqueur and stir. Carefully spoon or pour this mixture over the set cranberry layer, filling each glass about two-thirds of the way.
