Ingredients

  • 500 grams Ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 4 pieces Bird’s eye chilies
  • 2 tablespoons Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 1 cup Fresh Thai basil leaves
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 3 cups Jasmine rice (cooked)

Directions

Step 1

Prepare the ingredients: Mince the garlic and finely chop the bird’s eye chilies. Thinly slice the red bell pepper and set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic and chilies to the pan and stir-fry for 30-60 seconds until fragrant.
