Ingredients

  • 500 grams beef (sirloin or flank steak)
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 3 tablespoons Thai red curry paste

  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 10 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 lime
  • 100 ml water
  • 300 grams jasmine rice (for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Slice the beef thinly against the grain into bite-sized strips. Set aside.

Cut the red and green bell peppers into thin strips. Peel and slice the onion thinly.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
