Ingredients

  • 8 oz rice noodles
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 0.333 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp sriracha sauce
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 0.25 cup roasted peanuts, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.

Step 2

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, peanut butter, lime juice, brown sugar, sriracha, and water until smooth. Set the sauce aside.

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the vegetable oil.
