  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 cup Creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha or Thai chili sauce
  • 1 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
  • 1 cup Crushed peanuts (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt and cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
