Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh lime juice
  • 3 cups Water
  • 0.5 cup Palm sugar
  • 10 leaves Fresh Thai basil leaves
  • 10 leaves Fresh mint leaves
  • 2 leaves Kaffir lime leaves
  • 1 tray Ice cubes
  • 4 slices Lime slices

Directions

Step 1

In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of water and the palm sugar over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely to create a simple syrup. Let the syrup cool to room temperature.

Step 2

In a large pitcher, combine the fresh lime juice, the remaining 2 cups of water, and the cooled simple syrup. Mix well.
