  • 500 grams Ground chicken or turkey

  • 1 teaspoon Fish sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Brown sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoons Red chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 unit Shallot, thinly sliced
  • 1 unit Carrot, shredded
  • 2 units Green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Mint leaves, chopped
  • 12 leaves Romaine or butter lettuce leaves (for wraps)
  • 2 tablespoons Peanuts, crushed (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
