  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 0.5 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 0.5 Cucumber, sliced
  • 1 Tomato, sliced

Directions

Step 1

Cook the jasmine rice according to package instructions and let it cool completely, preferably overnight, for the best texture.

In a large wok or frying pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Add shrimp to the pan and cook until they turn pink, about 3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
