Ingredients

  • 4 cups Green cabbage
  • 2 cups Red cabbage
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper

  • 3 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh ginger
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 0.25 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Step 1

Thinly shred the green and red cabbages using a sharp knife or mandoline. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
