Step 1

Layer the ingredients in a clean 1-quart mason jar in the following order: red kidney beans, pinto beans, dried onion flakes, dried garlic, ground cumin, chili powder, paprika, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, beef bouillon granules, and rotini pasta.
