Ingredients

  • 2 hearts Romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 3 pieces Corn tortillas

  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Anchovy paste (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 large Egg yolk
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 medium Avocado

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Slice the corn tortillas into thin strips. Toss them with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, the smoked paprika, and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder. Spread the strips evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside to cool.
