Ingredients

  • 3 pounds Beef chuck roast
  • 1 large Yellow onion
  • 4 medium Carrots
  • 4 medium Russet potatoes
  • 4 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • 1 15-ounce can Diced tomatoes (canned)
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Season the beef chuck roast on all sides with 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon black pepper.
