  • 12 pieces pre-made tart shells
  • 250 grams ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
  • 100 grams black beans
  • 100 grams frozen corn kernels
  • 100 grams cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 piece tomato, diced
  • 100 grams sour cream
  • 1 piece avocado, diced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the tart shells on a baking tray and set aside.

Step 2

In a medium-sized skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it into small pieces, until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

Drain any excess grease from the skillet and add 2 tablespoons of taco seasoning mix. Stir to coat the beef evenly. Cook for another 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
