Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Chicken breast
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 6 slices Sourdough bread
  • 6 slices Bacon
  • 4 whole Lettuce leaves
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 0.5 cup Guacamole
  • 0.25 cup Chipotle mayonnaise
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Step 2

Rub the spice mixture onto both sides of the chicken breasts.

Step 3

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook the chicken breasts for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly.
