Ingredients

  • 12 large pieces Scallops
  • 0.5 cup Teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 cloves Garlic

  • 2 stalks Green onions
  • 1 medium Carrots
  • 1 small Bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 12 pieces Toothpicks

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the scallops under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Set aside on a plate.

In a small bowl, combine the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Whisk until smooth.
