  • 1 pound Boneless skinless chicken thighs

  • 1 cup Carrots, julienned
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 whole Red bell pepper, sliced thinly
  • 3 cups Cooked white rice
  • 2 tablespoons Green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the teriyaki sauce.

In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water to form a slurry. Set aside for later.
