Ingredients

  • 500 grams Boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 120 ml Teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger (freshly grated)
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves (minced)
  • 300 grams Egg noodles
  • 1 large Carrot (julienned)
  • 1 medium Bell pepper (thinly sliced)
  • 100 grams Snap peas
  • 2 stalks Scallions (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • 100 ml Water

Directions

Step 1

Slice the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

Step 2

In a small bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, grated ginger, minced garlic, and water. Set aside as your sauce mixture.

Step 3

Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Step 4

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook for 6-8 minutes until golden and fully cooked, stirring occasionally. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
