  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons (freshly squeezed) Lime juice
  • 12 ounces (uncooked) Penne pasta
  • 1 teaspoon (adjust to taste) Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons (chopped) Cilantro
  • 0.25 cup (grated, for topping) Parmesan cheese

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
