  • 50 grams Crumbled queso fresco (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Warm the corn tortillas in a hot skillet or microwave for a few seconds to make them pliable and easy to fold without cracking.

Place approximately 2 tablespoons of shredded Oaxaca cheese (or mozzarella) onto one half of each tortilla. If using shredded chicken, add about 1 tablespoon alongside the cheese.
