  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro (chopped, for garnish)
  • 2 whole Green chilies (optional, for garnish)

Step 1

Heat the cooking oil in a large pan or Dutch oven over medium heat.
