Ingredients

  • 14 ounces Firm tofu

Directions

Step 1

Drain the tofu and press it gently between paper towels to remove excess water. Crumble the tofu into small, scrambled-like pieces with your hands or a fork and set aside.

Dice the red bell pepper and zucchini into small pieces. Mince the garlic cloves and slice the green onions thinly. Set aside.
