Ingredients

  • 500 g Ground chicken
  • 2 tbsp Fresh tarragon, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Lemon zest
  • 60 g Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 Burger buns
  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 1 large Tomato, sliced
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise

Directions

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped tarragon, minced garlic, lemon zest, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined but do not overwork the mixture.

Divide the chicken mixture into four equal portions and shape them into burger patties about 1/2 inch thick.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet or grill pan over medium heat.
