Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 tablespoons Cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh tarragon, finely chopped

  • 2 sheets Puff pastry sheets, thawed
  • 1 large Egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Butter, for greasing

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet with butter and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken breasts for 2–3 minutes per side until lightly golden. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.

In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, tarragon, garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined. This will be the filling for the chicken.
