Ingredients

  • 500 grams Button mushrooms
  • 4 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 large Garlic cloves

  • 3 tablespoons Fresh parsley

  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth or rinse under cold water to remove any dirt. Pat them dry and slice them into halves or quarters, depending on their size.
