Ingredients

  • 240 grams Tuna (canned in water)
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Capers
  • 2 tablespoons Red onion (finely chopped)
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese (sliced)
  • 2 rolls Ciabatta bread (or any panini bread)
  • 2 teaspoons Olive oil
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Drain the canned tuna and transfer it to a mixing bowl.

Step 2

Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, capers, and finely chopped red onion to the tuna.

Season the mixture with salt and black pepper, then mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Cut the ciabatta rolls in half horizontally and layer the bottom half of each roll with 2 slices of cheddar cheese.
