  • 0.5 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Clean the mushrooms thoroughly by wiping them with a damp cloth. Trim the stems if needed.
