Directions

Step 1

Pre-soak the corn husks (if using) in warm water for 30 minutes, then drain and set aside for optional presentation.

In a medium bowl, mix the masa harina with 1 cup of chicken broth, 1 teaspoon of ground cumin, and 1 teaspoon of chili powder. Stir until a thick, paste-like consistency forms. Set aside.
