Ingredients

  • 300 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 2 pcs chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 pcs garlic cloves, minced

  • 150 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 250 ml heavy cream
  • 150 ml chicken stock
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 50 g parmesan cheese, grated
  • 100 g mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the tagliatelle for 2 minutes less than the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

While the pasta cooks, cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
