Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning
  • 0.6667 cup Water
  • 1 can (15 ounces) Black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag (32 ounces) Frozen tater tots
  • 3 stalks Scallions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro, chopped (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and crumbled, about 6-8 minutes. Drain any excess grease.
