Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 medium Yellow onion, diced
  • 2 14.5-ounce cans Canned diced tomatoes
  • 1 15-ounce can Canned black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 15-ounce can Canned kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 15-ounce can Canned corn, drained
  • 1 8-ounce can Tomato sauce
  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • 1 1-ounce packet Taco seasoning mix
  • 1 1-ounce packet Ranch dressing mix
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • to taste Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped cilantro, tortilla chips

Directions

Step 1

In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes. Drain any excess grease.
