Ingredients

  • 2 cups Elbow macaroni

  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Cook the elbow macaroni according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside to cool.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon. Drain any excess grease.
