Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 2 tbsp Taco seasoning
  • 0.25 cup Water
  • 4 cups Romaine lettuce

  • 1 cup Black beans (canned, drained and rinsed)
  • 1 cup Sweet corn (canned, drained or frozen, thawed)
  • 2 stalks Green onions
  • 2 tbsp Cilantro (optional)
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 0.5 cup Salsa
  • 1 Lime
  • 2 cups Corn chips or tortilla chips
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
