Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Chicken breast, boneless and skinless
  • 2 tablespoons Taco seasoning mix
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 8 pieces Small flour tortillas
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Step 3

Season the chicken breasts with 1 tablespoon of taco seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook the chicken breasts in the skillet for 4-5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center. Remove from heat and shred using two forks.

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded pepper jack cheese, salsa, cilantro, and the remaining tablespoon of taco seasoning. Mix until well combined.
