Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup Chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 Round sourdough bread loaf

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, crumbled bacon, green onions, minced garlic, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well incorporated.

Step 3

Using a serrated knife, cut off the top of the sourdough bread loaf to create a lid. Scoop out the inside of the bread, leaving about a 1-inch thick shell. Reserve the bread lid and inner pieces for serving.

Step 4

Fill the hollowed-out bread loaf with the dip mixture, spreading it evenly.

Step 5

Place the filled bread loaf on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Use the reserved bread pieces to create dippable chunks and arrange them around the loaf on the baking sheet.

Step 6

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the bread edges are lightly golden.

Step 7

Remove from the oven and allow the dip to cool slightly for 5 minutes.

Step 8

Serve immediately. Use the bread chunks and lid for dipping, or you can also provide sliced vegetables or crackers for variety.
