Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Cherry peppers
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 ounces Prosciutto, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 0.25 teaspoon Red pepper flakes

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Carefully cut the tops off the cherry peppers and remove the seeds and membranes using a small spoon or melon baller.

Step 3

In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, chopped prosciutto, basil, and minced garlic. Stir until well combined.
